CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-gl'-4
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SURETY
BOND POSTED BY PAGLIARA BUILDERS, INC., FOR
ST. MALACHY CATHOLIC CHURCH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That a Surety Bond was posted by Pagliara
Builders, Inc., as Principal, through Seaboard Surety Company, as
Surety, in the amount of $48,993.75, for improvements to St. Malachy
Catholic Church.
SECTION 2: That the City Engineer has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and, accordingly, recommends
release of said bond.
. SECTION 3: That the Surety Bond posted by Pagliara
Builders, in the amount of $48,993.75,for improvements to St. Malachy
Catholic Church, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon
its adoption.
