CITY OF TAMARAC FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- ry— & �.
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING APPROVAL OF THE
"C'UMMIlVGS PLAT".
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Plat entitled the "Cummings Plat"
on October 9, 1980, and
WHEREAS, said plat consisted of three parcels of property owned by
three separate owners; and
WHEREAS, two owners apparently decided not to have the plat recorded
after it was approved by the County Commission; and
WHEREAS, the third owner submitted a second plat consisting solely
of his property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does not want the record to show outstanding
approval of two plats for the same property, and accordingly it finds it
necessary to rescind plat approval of October 9, 1980;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the approval by the City of the plat
entitled the "Cunnings Plat" is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be effective upon adoption.
