CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- g/—lp0
A'RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY SUNFLOWER SHOPPING
PLAZA, 8138 N. UNIVERSITY DRIVE, TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, SUNFLOWER SHOPPING PLAZA has requested a waiver
from the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34 governing directory signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request
and has made recommendation thereon; and"
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
'FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested
by Sunflower Shopping Plaza, 8138 N. University Drive, Tamarac, for
a directory sign, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): A_/Ozy/
-SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon its
adoption.
