CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA -
RESOLUTION NO. R-81-5
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR
(7) NEW POLICE UNITS - BID #80-34
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administra-
tion to go to bid at its meeting on December 10, 1980, and,
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on December
23 and December 30, 1980, and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on January 8, 1981, and
WHEREAS, Hollywood Chrysler Plymouth is the lowest
fully responsive and responsible supplier.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the proposal of Hollywood Chrysler
Plymouth for seven (7) vehicles, in the amount of $7,784.17 each,
for a total of $54,489.19, is hereby approved.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1981.
