CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7/-^ (
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE
SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY MIDAS
MUFFLER, 5040 NO. STATE ROAD SEVEN,
TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, MIDAS MUFFLER has requested a waiver from the Sign
Ordinance No.80-34 governing wall signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request
and has made recommendation thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Midas Muffler, 5040 No. State Road Seven, Tamarac, for a wall sign
on North State Road Seven, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any) : The letters are not to
exceed 3' x 14'6" on the west side of the building.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon its
adoption.
