RESOLUTION NO. R- ZL-/S
.A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY WOODMONT COUNTRY CLUB
7801 N.W. 80th AVENUE, TAMARAC,
WHEREAS, WOODMONT COUNTRY CLUB has requested a waiver from the Sign
Ordinance No. 80-34 governing ground signs; and
_WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and has made
recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by Woodmont
Country Club, 7801 N.W. 80th Avenue, Tamarac, for a ground sign on University
Drive between N.W. 78th Street entrance and the 17th tee, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2:Conditions of Approval ( if any): The illegal sign between
the 16th Q�reen and the 17th tee on University Drive must be removed by
Friday, March 13, 1981 _
SECTION 3:This Resolution shall become effective upon its adoption.
