A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF
A $5,000.00 CASH PERFORMANCE BOND TO
A ONE YEAR WARRANTY BOND FOR VISUAL GRAPHICS
CORPORATION.
BE IT.RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the Cash Performance Bond in the amount of
$5,000.00, posted by Visual Graphics Corporation for modifications
of existing grass swales, is hereby reduced to a One Year Warranty
Bond in the amount of $1,250.00.
