CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R - 81-4
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR
TWO NEW THREE -WHEEL UTILITY VEHICLES - BID # 80-37
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the.Administration
to go to bid at its meeting on December 10, 1980, and,
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on
December 23 and December 30, 1980, and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on January 8, 1981, and
WHEREAS, Cushman -Jeep of Fort Lauderdale is the
lowest fully responsive and responsible supplier,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the proposal of Cushman -Jeep of
Fort Lauderdale, for two (2) three -wheel vehicles, in the amount
of $7,498.00 less 2%, is hereby approved.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1981.
