CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.,
RESOLUTION NO. R-V n, t
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR REQUESTS
FOR AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE
TAMARAC COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the establishment of
a fee for requested amendments to the Land Use Element of the
Tamarac Comprehensive Plan or for the Broward County Land Use Plan,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish fees therefor.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That there is hereby established a fee of $400.00,
plus the cost of publication and necessary individual notices to
property owners, for a request for amendment to the Land Use Element
of the Tamarac Comprehensive Plan which does not require amendment to
the Broward County Land Use Plan.
SECTION 2: That there is hereby established a fee of $500.00,
plus the cost of publication and necessary individual notices to
property .owners, for a request to amend the Land Use Element of the
Tamarac Comprehensive Plan if an amendment to the Broward County Land
Use Plan is needed to implement the request.
SECTION 3: The fees established herein are in addition to
any costs for rezoning or other City actions.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
