A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY H.L.R.,Inc., for WESTCHESTER
(Q0LONY WEST ESTATES).
FOR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION.
'WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $ 2,600.00 cash
was posted by H.L.R., Inc. for Westchester (Colony T4est Estates)
for Sidewalk Construction.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and

WHEREAS, the City COuncil desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That the warranty bond in the amount of $ 2,600.00 cash,
posted by H.L.R., Inc. for Westchester (Colony West Estates)
is hereby released.
