CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH BOND POSTED
BY COUNTRY LAKES ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR LANDSCAPE WORK
AT SANDS POINT CONDOMINIUM, BUILDING K
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Code of Ordinances, a cash bond was
posted by Country Lakes Associates for additional landscape work required
at Sands Point, Building K; and
WHEREAS, the City Planner has made final inspection of this
work and recommends release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by
Country Lakes Associates for Sands Point Condominium Building K, in the
amount of $3,435.00 is hereby released.
SECTION 2: Conditions: /Va /V 4-
