CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- l-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH
BOND POSTED FOR SHOPS OF TAMARAC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to a recommendation by the City Engineer,
the cash bond in the amount of $2,505.00 posted for installation of median strips,
driveway entrances and header curbing on N.W. 70th Street by the Shops of Tamarac
is hereby released subject to receipt of:
(a) Warranty bond in the amount of $626.25,
representing 25% of the certified actual costs.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1981.
