CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- $^
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
LETTER OF CREDIT NO. A-4090 POSTED BY WOODVIEW
LTD. FOR ON -SITE AND OFF -SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR
WOODVIEW TRACT 38 PROJECT.
WHEREAS, a warranty Letter of Credit No. A-4090 in the amount
of $51,817.61 was posted by Woodview Ltd. for on -site and off -site
improvements for Woodview Tract 38 project;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has
found the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of
said warranty letter of credit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty
letter of credit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty Letter of Credit No. A-4090 in
the amount of $51,817.61 posted by Woodview Ltd. for on -site and
off -site improvements for Woodview Tract 38 project is HEREBY RELEASED.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of mot/ 1981.
