CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-Y
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING THE
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND AUDITORS' REPORT
PREPARED BY ALEXANDER GRANT & COMPANY FOR
THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
1980-1981; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 7.09 of the Charter of the City of Tamarac
provides for an independent annual audit of all City accounts by a
certified public accountant or firm; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Alexander Grant & Company has prepared
such audit pursuant to the Charter; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept such audit report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Auditors' Report of the accounts of the
General Fund prepared by Alexander Grant & Company be and the same is
hereby accepted by the City Council.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED thisday of 1981.
