CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.-R-g/—o274
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED
BY STANMACA CORPORATION, 5800 North University Drive
WHEREAS, STANMACA CORPORATION has requested a waiver
from*the Sign Ordinance NO. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Stamaca Corporation
for a wall sign on Facia of Building facing South, facing 58th
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): Each individual tenant
must make application for his own verbiage to be placed on the sign which
will extend above the roof line, with approval of the Building Department
for structural design.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 9th day of December 1981.
