R-81-, A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED OFFERED BY LAKES OF CARRIAGE HILLS, INC., FOR ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR SABAL PALM BOULEVARD EAST, A PORTION OF PARCEL "A"; AND ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR BAILEY ROAD, PORTIONS OF PARCEL "A", TRACT "12" AND PARCEL "B"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Special Warranty Deed offered by Lakes of Carriage Hills, Inc., for additional right-of-way for Sabal Palm Boulevard East, a portion of Parcel "A", and additional right-of-way for Bailey Road, portions of Parcel "A", Tract "12" and Parcel "B", a description of which is attached hereto as Exhibits "A", "B", "C" and "D", is HEREBY ACCEPTED. SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said Special Warranty Deed in the public records of Broward County, Florida.
