CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R 81-268
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED BY TAMWAY GREYSTO1qE CORPORATION FOR
DRAINAGE AT FAIINAYS A AIM B
WHEREAS, a cash performance bond in the amount of $6,000.00 was posted
by Tanway Greystone Corporation for drainage at Fairways A and B; and
WHFTEAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found the work
satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said cash performance bond;
and
WHEREAS�AS, the City Council desires to release said cash performance bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash performance bond in the amount of $6,000.00
posted by Tamway Greystone Corporation for drainage at Fairways A and B is HEREBY
RELEASED upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $3,521.75.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon receipt of the
warranty bond.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 9th day of December , 1981.
