RESOLUTION NO. R-SZ-o
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
WARRANTY BOND, IN THE FORM OF A LETTER
OF CREDIT NO. 1197, POSTED BY HEFTLER
REALTY COMPANY FOR BURNHAM LEA (HEFTLER
HOPIES )
WHEREAS, a warranty bond,in the form of a Letter of Credit No.
1197, in the amount of $79,340.43 was posted by Heftler Realty Company
for Burnham Lea (Heftler Homes),
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the'work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and
WHEPZAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond, in the form of a Letter of
Credit No. 1197, in the amount of $79,340.43 posted by Heftler Realty
Company is hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1 %j'� day of �6^��i� , 1981.
