CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY SOUTH LAUREL BUILDERS, INC.,
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT FAMILY MART PROJECT.
WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $ 14,700.00
was posted by South Laurel Builders, Inc., for public
improvements at Family Mart Project;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond in the amount of $ 14,700.00
posted by South Laurel Builders, Inc.,
is hereby released.
