A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED BY
MONTWOOD, INCORPORATED
FOR SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS AT WOODMONT TRACT 70
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND
Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. G.T.7823D in the amount of
$261,504.10 was posted by Montwood, Incorporated.,as Principal
through First National Bank of Chicago,,as Surety for Subdivision
Improvements at Woodmont Tract 70. The City Engineer has found
that the work has been satisfactorily completed and accordingly
said bond is released subject to receipt of a one-year warranty
bond in the amount of $65,376.02.
