A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED BY
MONTWOOD, INCORPORATED
FOR WOODMONT TRACTS 47,48,50 CULVERT CROSSINGS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND
Subdivision Improvement Bond #6029438 in the amount of $51,371.00
was posted by Montwood, Incorporated�as Principa through Fidelity
& beposit Company of Maryland)as Suretyifor construction of culvert
crossings at Woodmont Tracts 47, 48 and 50. The City Engineer
has found that the work has been satisfactorily completed and
accordingly said bond is released subject to receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $12,842.75.
