CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATE OFFICIALS
TO CALL THE BOND POSTED BY HEFTLER REALTY
COMPANY FOR HEFTLER HOMES PROJECT 7/K/A BURNHAM LEA
WHEREAS, Heftler Realty Company, as principal, has filed with
the City a Letter of Credit No. 1196 for $22,2.01.00, with First
American Bank of Palm Beach Co., as surety, thereunder to
guarantee construction of sidewalks, and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is
not properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are
true and correct.
SECTION 2: That the Letter of Credit No. 1196-$22,290.00
posted by Heftler Realty Company, as principal,and First American
Bank of Palm Beach County, as surety is hereby called by the
City of Tamarac.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall become effective upon
the failure of Heftler Realty Company to renew the bond by
November 10, 1981.
