R-_&.l � A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM CITY NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI AND IKGTI900D, INC., FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION AND SEVAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM IMPROVENIENNTS FOR WOODMONT TRACT 50 PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by CITY NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI and M0'i\T[10OD, INC., for the water distribution and sewage collection system improvements for Woodmont Tract 50 Project, is HEREBY APPROVED.
