CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R.-81-221
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE REGULAR MEMBER AND ONE
ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE NORTH DISTRICT REGIONAL
WASTEWATER ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Broward County Board of County Commissioners passed Ordinance
No. 81-57 creating the North District Regional Wastewater Advisory Board
consisting of members representing each municipality which constitute the
Large Users of the wastewater facilities and will serve in an advisory
capacity to the Board of County Commissioners in the area of rates and
facilities of wastewater treatment, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing one regular member
and one alternate member to this advisory board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Mayor Walter W. Falck is hereby
appointed to serve as the regular Tamarac representative to the Broward
County - North District Regional Wastewater Advisory Board.
SECTION 2: That Councilwoman Helen Massaro is hereby
appointed. to serve as the alternate Tamarac representative to the Broward
County - North District Regional Wastewater Advisory Board.
SECTION 3: That Mayor Walter W. Falck and .Councilwoman Helen Massaro
shall serve at the pleasure of the Tamarac City Council.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption -
