CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-_g/—.2
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT SOUTHERN BELL TELEPHONE
CENTER.
WHEREAS, Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company, as
Principals, and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, as Surety,
has filed with the City a Surety Bond in the amount of $13,906.25 to
guarantee public improvements at the Southern Bell Telephone Center;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said surety
bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$6,545.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Surety Bond posted by Southern Bell
Telephone and Telegraph Company, as Principals, and Fidelity and
Deposit Company of Maryland, as Surety, in the amount of $13,906.25,
for public improvements at Southern Bell Telephone Center, is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amouni
of $6,545.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this f��day of �� 1981.
