LETTERING OF THE SIGN.
WHEREAS, Mars halls Department Store has requested a waiver
-- from'the Sign Ordinance NO. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the
waiver to the
Sign
Ordinance requested by
Marshall's Department
Store, 7501
N.W.
57th Street,
for a wall
sign on the
face
of building mansard
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): THE COLOR OF THE LETTERING
MUST MEET THE CODE REQUIREMENTS AND CRITERIA ESTABLISHED BY THE OWNER OF THE
SHOPPING CENTER.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
