CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING STIPULATION NO. 9 WITH F & R
BUILDERS, INC. AND AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE SAME.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF -THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City Officials are hereby
authorized to execute Stipulation No. 9, Case No. 72-11731, with F & R
Builders, Inc., subject to approval by the Court, in essentially the form
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and subject to the following conditions:
Subject to three deeds from F&R for the dedication of land for canals
in Tracts 12, 13 and 13A, which deeds will be held in escrow until such time
as Tract 12 has been closed and title vested in F&R and authorization made for
recording of the documents. That F&R is to pay costs of recordation of the
Stipulation.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
