A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED
OFFERED BY F&R BUILDERS, INC., FOR CANAL
RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR PARCEL G&F,TRACT 13, LAND
SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST,
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Quit Claim Deed offered by F&R
Builders, Inc., for canal right-of-way for Parcel G&F, Tract 13,
in Land Section 6, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said Quit Claim Deed in the Public Records of Broward County,.
Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
