BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Quit Claim Deed offered by F&R Builders, Inc., for canal right-of-way for Parcel G&F, Tract 13, in Land Section 6, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", is hereby accepted. SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said Quit Claim Deed in the Public Records of Broward County,. Florida. SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
