BUILDERS, INC., PURSUANT TO STIPULATION 10 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the EASEMENT FOR Construction, cleaning and maintenance of the canal on Tract 12, Land Section 6, Township 49 South, Range 41 East offered by F. & R. Builders, Inc., pursuant tb Stipulation No. 10 is hereby approved, copy attached Exhibit "A". SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediate ly upon its adoption.
