BUILDERS, INC. FOR EXCAVATION OF THE CANAL IN THIS TRACT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Temporary Canal Access Easement OFFERED by F. & R. Builders, Inc. for canal excavation on Tract 12 Land Section 6, Township 49 South, Range 41 East is hereby approved, copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A". W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of the hereinafter de�c:'i bed land in broward County, Florida; and i;:: , EAS, the parties hereto, dr�ire that the Grar.' c--�ven temporary access to excavate the canal which will lie adjacL-nt to said land, and the Grantor, to accomplish said purpose is willing to convey to Grantee the easement herein described. NCW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, and the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby ack:r.owleccec, the Grantor i,as granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the Grantee a temporary access easement necessary to accomplish the excavation of the canal referred to herein, over, along and across the following 6-scribed land lying, and being in Froward County, Florida: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereon. This easement shall terminate upon the earlier of the completion of the excavation of the canal or January 10, 1983.
