A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VACATION OF A 60 FOOT ROAD
RIGHT OF WAY BEING NORTHWEST 103 AVENUE SETWEEN SOUTH
LINE OF N.W.80 STREET TO NORTH LINE OF TRACT 15 B -
PURSUANT TO STIPULATION #9
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That the Vacation of N.W. 103rd Avenue road right of
way from south line of N.W. 80 St to north line of tract 15B
copy of which description is attached hereto as Exhibit :"A" is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2: The City of Tamarac is cognizant of the requirements
of Section 177..101. F.S., and Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida, Special
Acts of 1953, as amended from time to time, which sets forth a
procedure for partial vacation dedications granted in plats and this
vacation.is contingent upon approval by the Broward County Board of
County Commissioners and satisfaction of all requirements of Section
177.101 F.S. and Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1953,
as amended from time to time, within one year of the date of this
approval.
SECTION 3:This Resolution shall become effective upon its
adoption.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Road "N" - a 60-Foot Road Right -of -Way in a portion of Section 6, Township
49 South, Range 41 East, of Broward County, Florida, the Centerline being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the North West corner of said Section 6; thence S 870 05' 27"
E, along the North line of said Section 6, a distance of 2694.45 feet;
thence S 20 54' 33" W, a distancs of 1614.17 feet to the Point of Beginning
of this description; thence S 28 27' 53" W, a distance of 96.57 feet to
the Point of Curvature of a circular curve to the right; thence Westerly
anj Southerly, along the arc of said curve, having a radius of 275.02 feet,
an arc distance of 131.06 feet to the Point of Tangency, thence S 55 46' 17"
W, a distance of 566.67 feet to the Point of Terminus.
