A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
FOR FLOWAGE RIGHTS FROM COLONY WEST
COUNTRY CLUB, INC. TO THE PUBLIC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMAI.AC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Easement for Flowage Rights offered
by Colony West Country Club, Inc. to the Public, description of
which is attached as Exhibit "A", is hereby attached.
SECTION 2: This resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

EASEMENT FOR FLOWAGE RIGHTS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That C. W. C. C., INC., a Florida not for Profit Corporation,
in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable consider-
ation, the adequacy and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby grant to the public a forty (40) foot easement forever
of flowage rights in, to, over and upon that certain real proper-
ty more particularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
This easement is given for the sole purpose of enabling the
public to use said property for the flowage of water over said
property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, C. W. C. C., INC. has caused these
presents to be executed by its duly authorized officer this

DESCRIPTION
I A parcel of land in the -NA of Section 9, Township 49 South,
Range 41 East, said parcel including a portion of Parcel G,
Woodland Lakes, as recorded in Plat Book 71 at Page 18 of the
Public Records of Broward County, Florida, and a portion of
Tract A, Colony West Clubhouse Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 103
at Page 36 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida and
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Tract A, Colony
West Clubhouse Plat; thence run North 0*01'37" West ton an
assumed bearing) 329.83 feet along the West boundary of said

Southeasterly 370 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the
Westerly terminus of the centerline of the Canal lying between
Parcels N-3 and N-4, according to said Plat of Woodland Lakes
and the terminus of said centerline.
Said lands situate in the City of Tamarac, Broward County,
Florida.
