A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A WATER AND
SEWAGE LINE EASEMENT FROM COLONY
WEST COUNTRY CLUB, INC. FOR THE
CITY OF TAMARAC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the Water and Sewage Line Easement offered
by Colony West Country Club, Inc. to the City of Tamarac, description
of which is attached as Exhibit "A", is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: This resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED thisday of _ ,1981.

WATER AND SEWAGE LINE
EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable
consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which is hereby ac-
knowledged, C. W. C. C., INC., a Florida'not for Profit Corpora-
tion hereby grants to the CITY OF TAMARAC, a Municipal Corpora-
tion of the State of Florida, two (2)twenty foot perpetual easements
and the right and privilege to operate, maintain, repair or re-
place all water and sewer mains, pipes, connections, pumps and
meters in, to and over, upon that certain real property more
particularly described in Exhibit "A” and "B" attached hereto
and made a part hereof to the extent that it has an interest
therein enabling it to grant said easement in order to procure
water and sewage disposal service from the City of Tamarac.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, C. W. C. C., INC. has caused these
presen.s to be executed by its duly authorized officer this

East, said parcels including portions of Tract A, Colony West Club House
Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 103 at Page 36 of the Public Records of
Broward County, Florida, and portions of Parcel G, according to the Plat of
Woodland Lakes, as recorded in Plat Book 71 at Page 18 of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of -said Tract A, Colony West Club House
Plat; thence run South 89*02' East (on an assumed bearing) 330 feet along the
Northerly boundary of said Tract A and its projection, to the Point of
