CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-yZf4?,5r
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR SIDEWALKS AT SOUTHGATE GARDENS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Citizens and Southern Realty Investors, as
Principals, and The Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, as Surety,
has filed with the City a Surety Bond in the amount of $10,750.00
to guarantee sidewalks at Southgate Gardens Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has
been satisfactorily completed and,has recommended release of said
surety bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount
of $3,317.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Surety Bond posted by Citizens and
Southern Realty Investors, as Principals, and The Aetna Casualty and
Surety Company, as Surety, in the amount of $10,750.00, for sidewalks
at Southgate Gardens Project, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt
of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $3,317.50.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
