BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by City Inc.. National Bank of Miami and Montwood, for the water distribution and sewage collection system for Woodmont Tract 60 Project is HEREBY APPROVED.
