R- —16 % A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL RESERVATION ON A PORTION OF TRACT 22, LAND SECTION 7-49-41 (LOCATED ON THE FAR WEST SIDE OF IN AREA OF EVERGLADES EXPRESSWAY- S71RM k5-81-43 WHEREAS, THE City of Tamarac has been requested to state any objection it may have to release of Canal reservation across the property described herein, add WHEREAS, the City Erkgineer has examined such request and has recommended the City file no objection to such release. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection to the release of canal reservation on a portion of tract 22, Land Section 7-49-41 S.F.W.M.D. # 5-81-43 EXHIBIT "A" and "B" attached hereto.
