A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT
CHEF ONECIO PERERA GOURMET RESTAURANT, 6455
WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD - PETITION 15-Z-81
8 WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac, provides for the
9 granting of Special Exception to permit the consumption of alcoholic
10 beverages on the premises at 6455 West Commercial Boulevard,and
11 WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
IZ been given the opportunity to express their views concerning the
13 application for Special Exception; and
14 WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
15 petition for Special Exception would be in keeping with the public
16 health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for Special Exception to
41 permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages at Chef Onecio Perera
21 Gourmet Restaurant, 6455 West Commercial Boulevard is hereby approved
22 SECTION .2: Condi ti ons of Approval ( i f any )(1) hours no later than
23 2:00 A.M. local time and (2) license is not transferable from applicant.
24 SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediatel.
25 upon its adoption.
