CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- gi
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND AUDITORS' REPORT
PREPARED BY ALEXANDER GRANT AND COMPANY
FOR THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
1979 - 1980.
WHEREAS, Section 7.09 of the Charter -of the City of Tamarac
provides for an independent annual audit of all City accounts by a
certified public accountant or firm; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Alexander Grant and Company has prepared
such audit pursuant to the Charter; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept such audit report,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the auditors' report of the accounts of the
General Fund prepared by Alexander Grant and Company be and the
same is hereby accepted by the City Council.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this „27day of 1981.
