3 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TWO (2) REGULAR MEMBERS AND TWO (2)
ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; SETTING FORTH
4 THE EXPIRATION OF THE TERMS OF OFFICE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) regular members to the Board of Adjustment
expire on July 17, 1981; and
8 WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) alternate members to the Board of
9 Adjustment expire on July 16, 1981; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to fill the positions of two (2)
11 regular members and two (2) alternate members to the Board of Adjustment.
IZ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
1.3 SECTION 1: That JAMES J. KANE, JR., is hereby appointed a regular
1' member of the Board of Adjustment, for a three-year term to expire July 8, 1984
with all the powers and duties enumerated in F.S.S. 163 and Section 28 of the Code
16 of Ordinances.
17 SECTION 2: That WILLIAM R. DANYLUCK is hereby appointed a regular
member of the Board of Adjustment, for a three-year term to expire July 8, 1984 ,
with all the powers and duties enumerated in F.S.S. 163 and Section 28 of the Code

of Ordinances.
SECTION 3: That GEORGE A. HINCKEN and HAROLD H. NEWMAN
are appointed as alternate members to the Board of Adjustment, for terms to expire
in one year, July 8, 1982 , with all the powers and duties enumerated in
F.S.S. 163 and.Section 28 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4: Any regular member or alternate member of the Board of
Adjustment may be removed from office for cause by the City Council upon written
charges and after public hearing.
SECTION 5: This Resolution shall become effective upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 8th day of July 1981.
