RESOLUTION NO. R-L/—/�
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VACATION OF UTILITY
EASEMENT ON LOT 6, BLOCK 34, OF WOODLANDS
SECTION 7
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That the Vacation of Utility Easement on Lot 6,
Block 34, of Woodlands Section 7, on property owned by Alan D. Levy,
copy of which description is attached hereto as Exhibit "A",is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2: The City of Tamarac is cognizant of the requirements
of Section 177..101. F.S., and Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida, Special
Acts of 1953, as amended from time to time, which sets forth a
procedure for partial vacation dedications granted in plats and this
vacation_is contingent upon approval by the Broward County Board of
County Commissioners and satisfaction of all requirements of Section
177.101 F.S. and.Chapter 28946 Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1953,
as amended from time to time, within one year of the date of this
approval.
SECTION 3:This Resolution shall become effective upon its
adoption..
