CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ASSISTANT CITY
PHOTOGRAPHERS;SETTING FORTH POWERS AND
DUTIES; SETTING FORTH THE TERM OF AP-
POINTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: ESTABLISHMENT OF ASSISTANT CITY PHOTOGRAPHERS
There is hereby created the position of Assistant
City Photographer. The Appointee(s) shall be appointed by
Resolution, shall serve with no compensation and shall serve
at the pleasure of the City Council.
SECTION 2: THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE ASSISTANT CITY
PHOTOGRAPHER
The Assistant City Photographer(s) shall be
empowered to take photographs at all City Functions as requested
by_department heads after approval by the City Manager.

That Ellen Hochhauser Norman Karr
and • Dr. Murray Greenberg are hereby appointed to the
position of Assistant City Photographer for a term to expire
November 27, 1981..
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon its
final passage.
