CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- ZZ 11
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE POSITION OF CITY
PHOTOGRAPHER; SETTING FORTH POWERS AND DUTIES;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY PHOTOGRAPHER
There is hereby created the position of City Photographer.
The appointee shall be appointed by Resolution, shall serve with no
compensation and shall serve at the pleasure of the City Council.
SECTION 2: THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE CITY PHOTOGRAPHER
The City Photographer shall be empowered to take photographs
at all City functions.
SECTION 3: APPOINTMENT
That Samuel Tepper is hereby appointed to
the position of City Photographer for a period to expire on
November 27, 1981
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon its
final passage.
