RESOLUTION NO. R- -
A RESOLUTION.GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO
THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE FOR A
REGIONAL WASTEWATER PUMP STATION AND
FORCE MAIN AT TAMARAC UTILITIES EAST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City Official is hereby
authorized to execute the grant of easement from the City of Tamarac
to the City of Fort Lauderdale for a Regional Wastewater Pump
Station and force main at Tamarac Utilities East on lands described
as Exhibit "A" within the easement document, which is attached
hereto and made a part of by reference.
SECTION 2: The Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this o211546day of , 1981.

THIS INDENTURE, Made this 28th day of January , A. D. 19 8�
by and between CITY OF TAMARAC, a municipal
Mcorporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida having its principal
place of business in the County of Rrowarr? and State of Florida
party of the first pan, hereinafter called the Grantor, and CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, a municipal corpora-
tion of Florida, City Hall, Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee;
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) paid by the Grantee
to the Grantor, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable considerations, the Grantor
hereby grants unto the Grantee the successors and assigns, full and free right and authority to lay, operate and

as Grantee may deem necessary along, through, in and under that certain strip or parcel of land situate, lying and
being in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida, described as follows:
The East 50 feet of the North 75 feet of Parcel
"A", "TAMARAC INDUSTRIAL PARK", as recorded in
Plat Book 63 at page 26 of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said Grantor has caused these presents to be signed in its name by its Presi-
dent, and its corporate seal to be affixed, attested by its Acting City Manager the day and
year first above written.
