CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION N0. R-/-%
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A
PERFORMANCE BOND FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
AT BURGER KING RESTAURANT.
WHEREAS, a performance bond was posted for public
improvements at Burger King Restaurant by Burger King Corporation
in the amount of $15,023.25, and
WHEREAS, this performance bond was comprised of a cash
bond in the amount of $2,711.25 and a Surety Bond No. 2975219 in the
amount of. $12,312.00, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection of said
public improvements and has recommended release of said performance
bond, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release this bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the performance bond, comprised of a
cash bond in the amount of $2,711.25 and Surety Bond No. 2975219 in
the amount of $12,312.00, totaling $15,023.25, posted for public
improvements at Burger King Restaurant is HEREBY RELEASED subject
to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $3,755.75.
