CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 9'/ /D
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SURETY
BOND AND A CASH BOND POSTED AS SECURITY FOR
SAID SURETY BOND BY CHATEAU ASSOCIATES, LTD.,
FOR DRAINAGE CORRECTIONS FOR THE WEDGEWOOD
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, a surety bond and a cash bond, as security for said
surety bond, in the amount of $10,000.00 were posted by Chateau
Associates, Ltd., for drainage corrections for the Wedgewood project;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has
-found the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of
said surety bond and cash bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said surety bond
and cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the surety bond and cash bond, as security
for said surety bond, in the amount of $10,000.00, posted by Chateau
Associates, Ltd., is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2 : Conditions of Approval (if any) :
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
