Item No. 6 (d) on the Consent Agenda. (TR13313) A Resolution of the City Commission of the City
of Tamarac, Florida, approving a request from the Tamarac/North Lauderdale Chamber of
Commerce for in-kind support and to waive fees for Friday, October 11, 2019, and Saturday, October
12, 2019, for the Taste of Tamarac event to be held at the Tamarac Community Center on Saturday,
October 12, 2019, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; providing for permits, proper insurance, and
execution of a Hold Harmless Agreement; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and

3. TR13315 - MOU In support of Solid Waste Independent District

approving a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) regarding Collaborative Study and Subsequent
Development of an Integrated Solid Waste and Recycling System; authorizing the appropriate City
Officials to execute said MOU and to take the appropriate steps to effectuate the MOU; providing for

of Tamarac, Florida, authorizing appropriate City Officials to execute a three (3) year Dedicated
Internet Access (DIA) services agreement with Crown Castle Fiber LLC, paid monthly, for a total
contract cost and expenditure of $70,560; authorizing execution of associated contract documents,
authorizing budget amendments for proper accounting purposes; providing for conflicts; providing

The City Commission may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. In the event this
agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.
